To begin the process, reach out to us either via phone call, email or by completing the inquiry form on our website. This will allow you to provide details about your event and schedule a call with us to discuss your beverage preferences.
Step Two: Proposal
After reviewing the information you provide, we will put together a package and provide you with a quote for you to review.
Step Three: Agreement + Payment
Once you are ready to move forward with the beverage experience, you will sign the agreement and submit a deposit to secure your date. This officially books Classic Mobile Bartenders for your event.
Step Four: Event Details
We will send you an event questionnaire to confirm final details. This will help us tailor the experience to your preferences.
Step Five: Final Consultation
During the consultation, we will iron out any remaining details and ensure we are aligned on expectations for the event. This is where the excitement really starts to build!
Step Six: Event Day
On the day of your event, we will arrive early to set up and deliver the exceptional beverage experience you have envisioned for you and your guests.
